Boys` Brigade activities, overview

We have always specialised in outdoor activities which are appropriate for your child, such as climbing, caving, canoeing, sailing, expedition and Duke of Edinburghs award. We also look to enter teams for 5-a-side on Saturdays in 3 age groups 8-11, 11-14, 14+. We have an annual camp at Wainfleet near Skegness at the end of July for Year 6 and above and a Junior Camp June/July. We have Seniors weekends, camping, bivouacing and expeditions. For our Amicus group we have regular bowling, and social events and a weekend in April . We also visit a National "Greenbelt event" over Spring Bank Holiday called "Firm Foundations" . See our national website for details : www.boys-brigade.org.uk Throughout the year we have visits which have included: Alton Towers, NEC Classic Car Show, Pantomime, Santa Special, Whirlow Grange Farm, Magna, Mining Museum and local museums and parks.
